Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order.

Once we have confirmation that stock is available, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

Estimated delivery times range between 3 to 9 business days

* We offer free standard (ground) shipping to our customers on each and every order to all 10 provinces with the exemption of Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Labrador and the Yukon. ** CDN Antler Designs are a custom made to order product, delivery approx. 5 weeks from when the order is received

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should immediately make note of it with the shipping carrier when signing for delivery.

In addition, we request that you provide photos of the damaged item(s). If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us within 72 hours by phone 1 (888) 398-0017 or email with photos and a brief description and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Please retain the original product packaging as it may be required for returning the damaged item(s). 


Returns Information


Most of our manufacturers (brands) guarantee their products with a warranty.      Please contact us at 1 (888) 398-0017 or if you have questions regarding a specific product warranty.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted on the item’s product page, for a full refund. Items must be new, in uninstalled condition and in the original product packaging. Please send an email to or call us at 1 (888) 398-0017

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card, debit card or payment portal that you used when placing your order. Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been received and inspected.

Once we receive your order we start working on it right away, therefore it may not be possible to cancel an order that is in process. To request a cancellation please contact us at 1 (888) 398-0017 or and we will attempt to stop or modify the order.

Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. In most cases custom, special order and non-returnable items cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests may take several days to process and you will be sent an email upon confirmation.

If an order ships prior to confirmation, you may have the option of returning the item once it is received. A refund will be issued following the standard return process.

RETURNS EXCEPTIONS: We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Products that are clearly marked non-returnable on the product details page
  • Products that have been assembled or installed
  • Products without original packaging or not in their original condition
  • Products with crystals that have been unwrapped
  • Custom orders, including those that are made-to-order or customized to your specifications, with the exception of CDN Antler Designs products
  • Light bulbs
  • Large quantities of the same product
  • Open-box or clearance items

Restocking fees:

If returning an item under remorse, you the customer are responsible to pay for return shipping, as well as any applicable restocking fees would apply.

The item must be returned in resalable condition, and within 30 days of requesting the return. If the item does not come back in resalable condition, we would provide photos and an explanation for the denial of credit.

Price Match Guarantee

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price within 30 days of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund your original payment method for the difference. 

We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail with a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
  • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
  • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
